About

"We're creating a space where families can learn, play, and experience the rich cultural legacy of our town in a hands-on, unforgettable way:"

Bob Capoferri

The building's journey to renewal began in 2022, when town officials opened conversations with Wells Fargo and their representatives regarding its future. Soon after, local business leader Bob Capoferri, founder and owner of Asphalt Paving Systems (APS), purchased the property with a bold vision: to transform the historic site into a first-class regional tourist destination and a place for the community to come together.
